What tire pressure should a CFMOTO CForce 600 run?

6.5 psi (45 kPa) front and rear. That is far lower than any CFMOTO side-by-side, and it is not a typo - ATV tires need the low pressure to conform to terrain. Inflating to 10 or 14 psi because that is what a UForce takes will give you a harsh ride and poor traction, and it is one of the most common setup errors we see.

How much oil does a CForce 600 hold?

About 2.96 quarts at a change out of a 3.17 quart total capacity. CFMOTO specifies SAE 5W-40, with 10W-40 and 15W-40 as hot-weather alternatives. The coolant system is small at roughly 2.3 quarts, so do not order a gallon expecting to use it all.

Which gearcase takes more oil on a CForce 600?

The front, which is the reverse of the side-by-sides. The CForce 600 front gearcase takes about 7.7 ounces (230 ml) and the rear about 6.7 ounces (200 ml), both SAE 80W/90 GL-5. On a UForce or ZForce the rear is the bigger one at 400 ml. Worth double-checking before you pour.

Does the CForce 600 take the same clutch kit as the CForce 1000?

Not the same part. The 600 is CVTech Trailbloc and so are the older CForce 800 and 1000, but the Gen 3 CForce 800 and 1000 Touring and Overland from 2024 onward moved to OmniDrive. Check which generation you have first, then match the calibration to displacement.

The CForce 600 is CFMOTO's mid-size ATV and the volume seller of the CForce line. It runs the 580 cc single through a CVTech Trailbloc CVT, so it takes the same family of clutch parts as the UForce 600 and the larger CVTech machines. Being an ATV rather than a side-by-side changes the service figures more than people expect: the cooling system holds only about 2.3 quarts, the fuel tank 4.75 gallons, and the gearcases are smaller and reversed from the side-by-side pattern, with 230 ml in the front and 200 ml in the rear. Tire pressure is very low at 6.5 psi, and running ATV tires at side-by-side pressures is a genuinely common mistake that ruins ride quality and traction.
