It fits most CFMOTO machines running the CVTech clutch: • ZForce 500, 800, 950 (and 950 HO / HO EX / Gen 2) • UForce 500, 600, 800, 1000, 1000 XL • CForce 400, 500, 600, 800, 1000 Does not fit Gen 3 CForce, UForce 800 XL, U10, or Z10 (those use the OmniDrive clutch). UForce 1000 XL should be paired with a helix.

The U10 Pro/Highland/XL Complete Upgrade Clutch Kit. It improves low-end power, pulling power, throttle response, and performance on larger tires. Fits 2025+ U10 models only.

The Gen 3 CForce 800-1000 Torque Monster Clutch Kit, built to improve throttle response, belt performance, acceleration, and overall rideability. Fits 2024+ Gen 3 CForce 800 and 1000 only.

When you order, you tell us your details and the kit is built to match: • Machine model • Tire size • Riding style (trail, mud, sand, farm, hunting) • Towing / hauling and passenger or cargo weight CVTech-clutch machines (CForce, ZForce, UForce). Do you sell stage 1, stage 2, or stage 3 clutch kits?

No. One-size-fits-all stage kits ignore the things that actually change what your clutch needs: tire size, rider and cargo weight, mud vs. trail vs. work use, and towing. These kits are built around your machine and how you really ride it, not a generic stage number.

When should I add a helix?

Accepted Answer

Add a helix if any of these apply: • You own a UForce 1000 XL (a helix is required) • You run larger-than-stock tires • You ride in mud • You tow or haul heavy loads • You want stronger backshift performance • You want a more complete clutch setup Our most popular is the SRM3 Stingray Helix.

What tools do I need to install a helix or belt?

For CVTech secondary work you'll want the OEM Secondary Spreader Tool and the Secondary Spring Compressor with Spreader Bolt.

Do I need a different belt with my clutch kit, and why does belt choice matter?

Accepted Answer

We recommend an OEM CFMOTO or RNG Performance belt. Belt size, material, and quality matter a lot in a CVT system. The wrong aftermarket belt can cause slip, poor engagement, heat, and problems that feel like clutch issues even when the clutch is working correctly.

CVTech or OmniDrive: which clutch does my CFMOTO have?

CFMOTO uses two different clutch systems and the parts are NOT interchangeable. Ordering the wrong one is the most common fitment mistake. • CVTech (Trailbloc): most CFMOTO machines: CForce 400-1000, ZForce 500/800/950 (and HO/EX/Gen 2), UForce 500/600/800/1000/1000 XL. These run a black plastic clutch cover. • OmniDrive: the newest rigs: Gen 3 CForce 800-1000 Touring/Overland, U10 Pro/Highland/XL, UForce 800 XL, and Z10 Sport/Sport 4. • Oddball: some 800s use a wet clutch with an aluminum cover, different from both. Quick check: plastic cover = CVTech · newest Gen 3 / U10 / Z10 = OmniDrive · aluminum-cover 800 = wet clutch. Not 100% sure? Call 513-458-9614 before you order and we'll confirm.
