Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order through cincitymoto.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Cin City Moto ("Seller") is an authorized dealer of RNG Performance products. All products sold on this site are genuine RNG Performance parts unless otherwise noted. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this site or place an order.

Orders & Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance by Cin City Moto. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion prior to shipment. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing the order.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order after it has been placed, contact us immediately at 513-458-9614 or support@cincitymoto.com. Once an order has begun processing, cancellations require written approval and are subject to a minimum twenty-five percent (25%) cancellation/restocking fee.

Shipping

All goods ship FOB Shipping Point from our facility in Cincinnati, OH. Under Ohio law, title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer when the carrier receives the shipment. Cin City Moto is not liable for loss, theft, delay, or damage that occurs during transit after the carrier has taken possession of the package.

Most orders ship within 2-3 business days. Shipping is a flat $14.95 per order within the United States. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are limited to products deemed defective by the Seller within 30 days of delivery. You must contact us for return authorization before sending any product back. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Electrical components
• Clutch and CVT parts (primary clutch kits, helixes, springs, belts)
• OEM parts
• Performance modifications
• Clearance and sale items
• Custom-built or made-to-order products

Warranty

Aftermarket products carry only the manufacturer's warranty, if any. OEM replacement parts are covered for defects in materials or workmanship for 30 days from the date of delivery only.

SELLER DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Cin City Moto's liability exceed the purchase price of the product(s) in question. Seller shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to lost profits, labor costs, towing expenses, or vehicle downtime, regardless of the cause of action.

Product Information

We make every effort to display product information accurately, including descriptions, fitment data, and images. However, we do not guarantee that descriptions, images, or other content on this site are error-free, complete, or current. Products are sold for off-road use only unless otherwise stated. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify fitment and legality for their intended use.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hamilton County, Ohio.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
