Which clutch kit fits my CFMOTO CForce?

It depends on the generation. CForce 400, 500, 600, 800, and 1000 models with the CVTech (Trailbloc) clutch use the HELLRAISER primary kit and Stingray Helix. The 2024+ Gen 3 CForce 800/1000 Touring and Overland use the OmniDrive system and need the dedicated Gen 3 clutch kit. Will a CForce clutch kit improve throttle response and top speed?

Yes. The stock CFMOTO calibration is tuned conservatively for emissions and fuel economy. A properly calibrated RNG clutch kit sharpens engagement, keeps the engine in its power band, reduces belt slip and heat, and improves both low-end pull and usable top end — especially noticeable on 27"+ tires.

Do I need a new belt with my CForce clutch kit?

Accepted Answer

If your belt has more than about 500 miles on it, replace it with the kit. A new clutch calibration changes clamping force and shift curve, and a worn belt will slip and overheat under it. We stock the matching RNG Performance CVT belt for the CForce lineup.

How is the CForce clutch kit calibrated for my setup?

We build to your machine. When you order, you tell us your model, year, tire size, and riding style, and we spec the primary weights, spring, and helix to match. Mud riders on 30"+ tires get a different setup than a stock-tire trail rider — that is the point of a custom RNG build versus a generic stage kit.
