Fits: ALL CFMOTO with CVTech primary. Gen1/Gen2 ZForce 800/950/1000, UForce 600/800/1000, CForce 400/500/600/800-1000. NOT Gen3 CForce.

The CFMOTO CVTech Trailbloc Bearing Rebuild Kit includes two replacement bearings for your primary drive clutch. Over time, the bearings inside the CVTech Trailbloc primary clutch wear out from heat, dust, and normal use. Worn bearings cause rough clutch engagement, inconsistent shifting, vibration at speed, and accelerated wear on other clutch components like weights, springs, and the belt. Replacing your primary clutch bearings restores smooth, consistent clutch operation and extends the life of your entire CVT system.

WHY YOU NEED IT

If your CFMOTO is exhibiting any of the following symptoms, worn primary clutch bearings are a likely culprit: rough or jerky engagement from a stop, unusual noise or vibration from the clutch area, inconsistent shifting under load, or premature belt wear. Bearing replacement is a standard maintenance item that should be inspected during any clutch rebuild or service. Running worn bearings leads to further damage to the clutch housing and internal components, making a simple bearing job turn into a much more expensive repair.

FITMENT

This bearing rebuild kit fits ALL CFMOTO machines equipped with the CVTech Trailbloc primary clutch: - CForce 400, 500, 600, 800, 1000 - ZForce 500, 800, 950, 950 HO, 950 HO EX, 1000, Gen 1 and Gen 2 models - UForce 500, 600, 800, 1000, 1000 XL

Does NOT fit Gen 3 CForce 800-1000 models (OmniDrive clutch).

INSTALLATION

Difficulty: Intermediate. Requires removing the primary clutch from the machine and pressing out the old bearings. A bearing press or puller is recommended. Basic hand tools and a clutch removal tool are also needed.

Two bearing options are available: the standard rebuild bearing kit (fits OEM part numbers 0GR0-051001 and 0GR0-051300), and the one-way clutch bearing replacement (fits 0GR0-051300C for CForce 400/500/600 2016-2024).
