Why We Recommend This

When a primary is far enough gone that individual components will not save it, a complete drive clutch is the honest answer. This is the OEM CVTech Trailbloc unit, and buying the whole assembly avoids the trap of replacing one worn part at a time and never quite curing the symptom. There is a significant fitment split here, so read the two part numbers carefully before ordering, or call us and we will confirm it.

Performance Notes

If you are ordering the 400-500-600cc unit, note that it ships as a clutch only, you transfer your spring and weights across. We will pre-build it for you at no charge if you buy an RNG Primary Clutch Kit at the same time, but you have to call us first at 513-458-9614 with your riding style and setup so we can spec it properly.

DRIVE CLUTCH, CFMOTO OEM

0JYA-051000-00003, Fits CForce, ZForce, UForce 800-950-1000cc with the CVTech Trailbloc clutch. Does not fit 800 wet clutch with aluminum cover. Please note this WILL NOT fit 800 wet clutch models, these models will have an aluminum clutch cover. If your 800 has a black plastic cover, this clutch will work.

0GS0-051000-10010, Fits CForce, ZForce, UForce 400-500-600cc. PLEASE NOTE: You will need to transfer your spring and weights into this unit. We recommend adding an RNG Primary Clutch Kit, RNG will pre-build this for FREE if you purchase our primary kit with it. You must call us with your riding style and information first: 513-458-9614. Upgrade Primary Clutch Block, Nylon Slider, Cam Shoe, comes as a whole kit.

Why upgrade? 1. Higher service temp, these won't melt and wear out as fast as OEM 2. Lower friction coefficient resulting in longer service life 3. Does not wear aluminum clutch, not as abrasive like OEM 4. Higher wear resistance 5. Longer service life over OEM

Upgraded clutch blocks are made from a premium-grade composite, providing excellent durability and consistent low friction. These features effectively reduce the adhesion incurred during friction in frequent oscillation movement, and therefore further eliminate the wear loss, which in turn highly improves the product lifetime. These blocks won't distort and deform like OEM blocks. Redneck has been testing blocks for years until we found a product that works and does a better job over OEM blocks.

Vehicle Fitment: This upgrade pack will fit ALL CFMOTOs that utilize the CVTech primary and secondary clutches (LP3 secondary and Trailbloc drive pulley). Fits all models, UForce, CForce, ZForce.
