The CFMoto Drive Pulley Removing Tool is the OEM-spec puller required to remove the primary drive clutch from the crankshaft on CFMOTO U10 models. The U10 Pro, Highland, and XL use the OmniDrive clutch system, and the primary clutch is press-fit onto the crankshaft with a taper. This tool threads into the center of the drive pulley and applies even, controlled pressure to break the taper and safely pull the clutch off the crankshaft without damaging the clutch housing or crank.

WHY YOU NEED IT

If you are installing an RNG Performance clutch kit, replacing weight arms, inspecting clutch wear, or performing any primary clutch maintenance on your U10, the drive pulley must come off the crankshaft first. Attempting to remove the clutch without the correct puller tool risks cracking the clutch housing, damaging the crankshaft taper, or bending internal components. This is the same tool the dealer uses, owning one lets you service your own clutch at home and saves you shop labor costs every time.

This tool does NOT fit CVTech Trailbloc clutches or other OmniDrive models outside the U10 platform.

INSTALLATION

Difficulty: Intermediate. Remove the clutch cover, remove the center bolt, thread this puller into the drive pulley, and tighten to break the taper. A breaker bar or impact wrench is recommended. Standard hand tools are also required.
