The OmniDrive Drive Pulley Remover is the required tool for pulling the primary (drive) clutch off the crankshaft on CFMOTO machines equipped with the OmniDrive clutch system. The primary clutch is press-fit onto the crankshaft with a taper and cannot be removed by hand or with generic pullers. This OEM-spec puller threads into the center of the primary clutch and applies controlled, even force to break the taper and safely remove the clutch without damaging the crankshaft or clutch components.

WHY YOU NEED IT

Any time you need to service the primary clutch, whether you are replacing weight arms, installing an RNG clutch kit, inspecting the clutch for wear, or performing a full clutch rebuild, the primary clutch must come off the crankshaft first. Without the proper puller tool, you risk damaging the crankshaft taper, cracking the clutch housing, or bending internal components. This tool is a one-time purchase that pays for itself the first time you use it instead of paying a shop to pull your clutch.

INSTALLATION

Difficulty: Intermediate. Remove the clutch cover, remove the center bolt, thread the puller into the clutch, and tighten to break the taper. A breaker bar or impact wrench is helpful. Basic hand tools required.
