CFMOTO Clutch Bolt Upgrade Kit for OmniDrive Primary Clutch

The CFMOTO Clutch Bolt Upgrade Kit replaces the factory primary clutch bolts on OmniDrive-equipped CFMOTO machines. The stock clutch bolts are a known weak point, they can stretch, loosen, or fatigue over time due to the high rotational forces and heat cycles the primary clutch endures during normal riding. When a clutch bolt fails, it can cause catastrophic clutch damage, leaving you stranded on the trail with an expensive repair bill. This upgrade kit uses higher-grade fasteners designed to handle the demands of the OmniDrive primary clutch system.

WHY YOU NEED IT

The OmniDrive primary clutch spins at high RPM and generates significant centrifugal force. The bolts holding the clutch assembly together must withstand these forces ride after ride. Factory bolts are adequate for stock conditions, but if you are running an RNG clutch kit, larger tires, or riding aggressively, upgrading your clutch bolts is cheap insurance against a costly failure. Even on stock machines, bolt replacement is recommended as preventive maintenance during any clutch service. This is a low-cost upgrade that protects your investment in the clutch and the machine.

This kit is specifically for OmniDrive primary clutches. It does NOT fit CVTech clutch systems.

INSTALLATION

Difficulty: Easy. Remove the old clutch bolts and replace with the upgraded bolts. Apply blue Loctite to all threads during installation. Torque to factory specifications. Basic hand tools are all that is needed. Can be done during any clutch service or as a standalone upgrade.
