Does this fit all U10 Pro variants including Highland and XL?

Yes. This kit fits the CFMOTO U10 Pro, Highland, and 1000 XL. All three share the same OmniDrive clutch system. Select your exact model during checkout so we can verify fitment.

What tools do I need for installation?

You will need a secondary clutch spreader tool (we sell the OmniDrive version), a primary clutch puller, and standard hand tools. A torque wrench is recommended for reassembly. The install is straightforward if you have done any clutch work before.

How long does installation take?

Plan for 2-3 hours for a first-time install. Experienced wrenchers can do it in about 90 minutes. The most time-consuming part is getting the CVT cover off and removing the primary clutch from the crankshaft. We include step-by-step instructions and video links.

Can I install this kit with my stock belt?

If your belt is relatively new (under 300 miles), you can reuse it. Otherwise, we strongly recommend replacing it at the same time. A worn belt will not perform correctly with the new calibration and can overheat under the increased clamping force.

This is the only complete OmniDrive clutch solution on the market for the CFMOTO U10 Pro, Highland, and 1000 XL. These machines use the newer OmniDrive clutch system which is completely different from CVTech, and until RNG developed this kit there was nothing available aftermarket. If your U10 Pro feels sluggish off the line or slips the belt under load, this kit fixes it.

Performance Notes

Riders running 30"+ tires see the biggest improvement. The stock calibration simply cannot handle the added rotational mass. Belt slip under load is eliminated, and throttle response from a dead stop becomes linear and predictable. Towing performance also improves significantly because the clutch maintains proper clamping force under sustained load.
